West Himalaya Treks is a full-service adventure outfitter licensed by the Government of Nepal. As the name suggests, it is focused on promotion of adventure tourism attractions in western part of the Nepal Himalayas. It operates trekking and mountaineering expeditions, among other adventure activities, throughout Nepal. West Himalaya Treks provides all logistics support – ranging from chartering planes and helicopters, obtaining permits, making lodging and food arrangements as well as providing guide and porterage services -- researchers, filming crew, or holidaymakers in the Nepal Himalayas as well as India, Tibet and Bhutan.

Rara Foundation is a social organization established by the promoters and friends of Rara Films Pvt Ltd to implement their philanthropic activities. The foundation works in sectors like girl’s education, women empowerment and employment promotion schemes for underprivileged groups. It partners with different national and international organizations to end different forms of social, economic and gender-based discriminations throughout the country. One of our flagship projects is a football program for Kamlari – a traditional form of bonded labor prevalent in mid and far western regions of Nepal – girls. Though Kamlari system is already outlawed by the government, this evil social tradition still exists in different parts of Nepal.
